Questionnaire
Issue pre-event questionnaire to be completed covering . . .

• Contact with potentially infected or contacted by tracing service
• Identify high risk individuals
Recording attendance for track and trace
Name, address, phone number, email on questionnaire

Arrival checks
Exclude anyone with positive symptoms or recent contact (14 days)
Entrance
One way in via main entrance to St Peter’s church. Manage arrivals to maintain distance. Go directly to individual station.
ENVIRONMENTAL PARMETERES
Spacing
2m. markings on floor to show individual places (no shared desks)
Silver adhesive tape to be placed in advance
Pre-setting the room
Volunteers to set up chairs (with appropriate gloves etc)
Size of room Largest available [main church tbc]
Ventilation
Maintain through ventilation at all times [to discuss with church]
Breaks At seat or in open air
Toilets
Cleaned before session and at the end (venue)

Duration
Max 90 mins with interval to allow time for ventilation.
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTIVE MEASURES
Own equipment
Players to bring any refreshments and supply their own stand
No sharing of equipment, pencils etc.
Sheet music prepared by player or quarantined for 3 days prior to event and picked up on arrival
Social distance
Players must maintain a distance of 2m from each other at all times
Masks Masks/face coverings to be worn by all
Hand sanitising
Players to wash hands on arrival or use hand sanitiser
Raised voices
Players should not raise their voices
Conductor specific
Mask, use of own microphone
Instrument specific aspects
No perceived risk for players of string instruments
Current shortage of good evidence means wind excluded for now.
Possible screens/partitions in future for aerosol producing instruments e.g. flutes.

AFTER THE EVENT

Exit by main door of church maintaining distance by staggering

All participants to remove their equipment. Chairs to be left in place. [to be discussed with church]
